We're in Hand-me-down Heaven
Having cousins is awesome. Having cousins and friends whose moms graciously hand down clothing to our growing boy? Well, that may be even better. We have been so fortunate that we haven't had to buy many clothes for Louis, who has 16 cousins--and several who are close in age.
Today while Louis was at Grandma's house, she showed him a bag of clothes his New York cousins have grown out of and sent on to him. Louis happily selected two items to wear immediately--and put them on over his clothes.
You can see Louis already has his own sense of style. It looks like we're ready for a trip to the beach!

ReplyDeleteEwen has 2 older boy cousins who hand down clothes, and we have hardly had to buy any clothes for him, either! It's pretty great; now... if I could just get him into a 2T!!!
Wouldn't 2T be amazing? Louis is still in some 18 months and slowing heading toward 24 months clothes. We love the hand-me-downs!

Isabel also loves seeing pics of Louis, although any time I watch one of your videos, she keeps saying "more Louis" and we have to watch it a few times before I put an end to it :) Gotta get together soon...
