We're Off!

In 25 minutes we leave for the airport, and then we'll fly just after 9 a.m. We have 24 hours of travel ahead of us, and we have Louis waiting in Hunan Province! We are so excited--but nervous too, of course. Last night I went through the paperwork we need to bring for the 67th time and realized that I had overlooked one item. Luckily we had it, but it scared me a little. I'm worried about the luggage restrictions in China, but we're as ready as we'll ever be!

We shouldn't have any trouble posting from China since my sister Treasa has generously offered to post our e-mailed messages. She has also "offered" to clean our house while we're gone and set up our little Christmas tree. Louis will arrive to a freshly painted kitchen and sparkling bathrooms.

Now we're off to China!
